We recommend making an appointment with us at least three (3) days in advance. 

Sit down and relax. Clean Anyday technician will take care of the cleaning.

Nothing needs to be dismantled. 

Our cleaning process takes around estimate 20 min for single seater sofa, 45 min for 3 seater sofa (depend on the stain).  

Our cleaning is included basic stain removal treatment.

We will always make every effort to remove as many stains as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that all stains will be completely removed. 

The effectiveness of stain removal is also dependent on the stain's nature, the fabric's composition, the stain's age and type.

It may take up two to three or less (depending on the stains) to completely dry.

Besides, we are encouraged to expedite the procedure by turning on a fan or air conditioner and opening windows.

Yes, our cleaning method is effective in removing urine stains and odors that have occurred recently. However, if the urine stain remains for an extended period of time, it will discolor or damage the fabric.

To avoid permanent damage, we recommend cleaning the urine stain as soon as possible. 

There is 2 reasons sometimes there is color difference appearance.

1. Discoloration appears after the stain is removed.
2. The original color faded after a long period of not being cleaned
