However, our service team can operate after 6 p.m. upon request, but there will be an additional charge as follows:

Yes, we can arrange our team for service for the landed property that is unguarded.
But we may be unable to gain entrance to condominiums (Strata Residence Building) due to the following standard house rules:
Contractor working hours (May differ from different management)
Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Saturday, 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
Sunday and Federal Holidays – Strictly prohibited.

In that case, we will provide the service team’s details to you and require your help to apply for a working permit for our service crews.
We will consider the type of service and job size. A job usually requires 1-2 service crews, all of whom are Malaysian.
Yes, our crew will bring along one full trolley or bag with 2-3 hand carry machines.
No, all charges are transparent, and we refund over payments.
All of our team is fully vaccinated. Besides, every two weeks, we will carry out a self-test and practice strict COVID-19 SOP.
